Rules for iPod Nano give away
The first iPod Nano give away ended 31 July 2006. Please click here if you would like to view the Terms and Conditions that applied to this promotion.
  • The person whose post receives the highest number of eligible votes from other members up to 31 July 2006 (inclusive) will receive a white iPod Nano 2GB.
  • In the event that more than one member has a post with the highest number of eligible votes, each of those members will receive a cash amount equal to $350 divided by the number of those members. The cash will only be paid to a nominated New Zealand bank account.
  • The winner(s) will be contacted by email. If they cannot be contacted within one month of the prize draw, the prize will be awarded to the member(s) with the next highest number of votes.
  • Users may not vote for posts they have placed themselves.
  • Each person may only contribute one vote for each post.
  • GreatService reserves the right to remove from eligibility for the prize draw any posts that are judged as being of poor quality.
  • GreatService's decision in relation to any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
