Lime Florist provided the flowers for my wedding on 29 April. Karen’s service was impeccable, and the flowers were absolutely divine. Karen has operated Lime florist for several years now, and I have been a fan of her art work (her flowers can only really be described this way, and must be seen to be believed) for some time. Nothing is too much trouble for Karen. For instance, a week before my wedding we changed our order to include table settings as well as bouquets. Karen said no problem, and produced an amazing array of flowers. On the day of the wedding we had to ask for extra flowers for my hair. Karen again said no problem, and provided some beautiful buds for the hairdresser. I recommend Karen highly as someone who understands the meaning of service. My mother in the UK ordered flowers from Lime for my wedding here in Wellington. She provided details of the address and my phone number in case there was a problem. No flowers arrived nor were we called. It was only after the event on the Saturday evening I spoke to her and discovered she had ordered the flowers. She was so upset they hadn’t arrived for my big day. When I phoned Lime to find out what had happened they discovered that the courier had not been able to deliver. Someone had been in all day had the courier tried to deliver them. I was offered either a voucher or a replacement bouquet. No apology. No matter how good the flowers it won’t really make up for the fact the flowers weren’t delivered on the right day. I am the mother of Tracey, living in the UK. I telephoned Lime Florist in plenty of time to order and pay for a bouquet for my daughter to be delivered on her wedding day. I was very disappointed to hear that they had not arrived. My dughter contacted them and subsequently so did I, again from the UK. They have now delivered flowers to her but the content is extremely miserly. I paid $50 for a bouquet, I have received a photograph of the bouquet, in the UK the contents would just about cost $4. I have used them many times in the past to deliver to NZ post, Police Headquarters and to my daughter’s home but I will not be using them again.	Placed: 03/11/2007 Edited: 05/05/2006

I have ordered flowers with Lime Florist four times in the last year and all times they have been the most beautiful arrangements. I always get flowers for the special occasions I am hosting delivered to me from Lime and everytime I am amazed but the professionalism of the staff and the beautiful flowers that are supplied. The last order I made was for delivery before 8am and this was no problem.
