What made Boulot stand out for me was a number of things. The atmosphere and food were great but it was the service that I was most impressed with. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 6 years so when ever I dine at Restaurants or Cafes I immediately notice the table service and pay attention to the smallest details. The service here was faultless. Our waitress was friendly and polite but never obtrusive and checked on us just the right amount of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Our water glasses were never empty, our drinks arrived promptly and we always had the right cutlery for what we were eating. I had the time to look around and noticed the other staff acted similarly.
