The service and the food at the McDonalds reasturant in Southmall, Manurewa are the most appalling that i have come accross, some of the people at the counter don’t even look like they have showered, and the food is gross, the reasturant allways looks like it needs a good clean, been thier twice and will never go back thier again. The service and the food at the McDonalds reasturant in Southmall, Manurewa are the amoung the worst that i have come accross, Most of the Staff at the counter don’t Seem to have been taught any sence of custemer service, and the food with the time it takes to be brought to you is usually cold, the reasturant allways looks like it never gets a clean, This is one place I will never go to eat in again. And as for their drive through if you are planning to go through make sure you have plenty of gas its allways a very long wait also make sure you check your order before you leave they tend to leave half of it out. McDonalds in Invercargill is great, I always go through the drive through and the staff are friendly, and the food always up to par, recommend.	Placed: 20/08/2006

When going to macdonalds the other day at glenfield mall i found the wait to be shocking and then they messed up the order the staff were not to polite and didn’t say sorry for there miskate and then the chips were burnt would not go there again	Placed: 20/08/2006

Very slow service. Often get order incorrect, drive thru takes longer than any of its competitors. Often I can not understand staff as they do not speak fluent english.	Placed: 20/08/2006
