[South Auckland] ok waiting for someone to help in the shop takes forever there call up soemone and u wait and wait and wait until there see ur still standing there wait and said sorry we cant help u rite now ever one seem to be busy and at the later hours 9pm on u stand in line for up to 1/2hr as there only have one counter open and there be 20 or so ppl waiting to be seen to its not rite and i seen alot of ppl get very upset/stressed about this	Placed: 12/08/2006 Edited: 12/08/2006

pak n save northlands most of the check out operaters are very rude and hardly ever say please or thank you or anything for that matter, it’s not too hard to talk and especially be polite!	Placed: 14/08/2006 Edited: 12/08/2006

We shop at Pak n Save every week because it it sooooo cheap. You can normally pay $1 for an item which would cost $1.50 in other supermarkets. Plus they have heaps of bargains. However, I have to say that my heart sinks every time we enter the store. There seems to be about 300 trollies shuffling through a store which is probably designed to hold about 100 trollies comfortably. It takes forever - like being in a really bad traffic jam. There is always a wide range of food items and brands but I find the shopping experience stressful and don’t find the atmosphere or surroundings very relaxing like smaller supermarket chains.	Placed: 23/08/2006 Edited: 12/08/2006

I went there today for the first time in about 2months. I’m very happy, lots of things that i wanted were sold out even though they weren’t on special, i had to line up at checkout and wait, i would not of minded but only half the checkouts were open and it was very busy. The staff were restocking shelves in all the isles and were talking up alot of room and didn’t really want to move so i could get something off the shelf. The Pak N Save in Thames has got to be the worst!!!! on there busy days there lucky if they have 5 check outs open! (probbly help if the didnt pay there staff peanuts!)
