The worst experience ever!! It’s differcult to decide where to start with this place. Ater booking at 3pm on Saturday we were treated to everything from waiting for 2 hours for bread (no olive oils) then oils (next to empty bread baskets) cold steaks (at $30) over cooked (microwaved) filo parcels (we asked for a main size starter) and were told we would get the next one when we finished that one (the next one was still completly cold in the middle). After all of this(and much more) and three hours we asked to speak to the manager. He then passed us to the chef. After much descussion it was agreed that she needed to talk again with the manager and for our account to reflect ALL of our issues. Another 25 minutes later we insisted we had to leave. So a bill of $527 appeared (no breakdown of costs) and he would give us $27 off!!!! We felt this was insulting. We were then told Your first mistake was booking at 5pm Well it was 3pm and you did accept our booking. To which he replied You come over here and expect us to turn it on for you and I was doing you a favour! Ok yes we do expect 1/2 decent meals at $30 but please do not do us any favours! The up shot- he got his $500 BUT the 12 women he abused that night will tell as many people as we can RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN from what we call afectionalty LA CRAP. ps. the wine was fantastic but what age do the staff have to be to serve it?
