i got a cheap taxi the other day from glenfield to whitecross the guy was very helpful getting my stuff out the car and helping asking if i would like him to come back when i have finished and giving me a card to call him if i need a taxi home as my daughter was sick and i was taking her to whitecross would recommend this taxi company as they were very helpful and the price was good	Placed: 16/09/2006

EXPECT CHEAP CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN DEALING WITH CHEAP CABS - I Called 31 May 2010 at 8.38am to cancel an Auckland Airport transfer booking that I’d made. The rude obnoxious woman that answered the phone said ’Yes?’ Asked her for her name (just a courtesy thing, I like to use people’s names) she said ’What? What are you looking for? I said Okay, I’d like to cancel my booking she abruptly replied ’Date? Name? It’s Cancelled! I found her general manor and attitude very dismissive, rude and arrogant. When I asked to speak with someone else to complain she said, ’What for?’ I said that she had a bad attitude. She replied cockily ’Why, cause I cancelled your booking’? I saw red and said no because of your bad frikken (exact words) attitude. She replied, with cheer in her voice, ’Well, you’re swearing at me maam’. I hung up, convinced that I was talking to a 2 year old. Be warned, the allure of a Cheap Cab come’s with the compromise of very Cheap customer service. If I were Cheap Cabs, I’d recommend spending a little more than $1.00 an hour on my drone telephonist.	Placed: 31/05/2010

Made a booking with Cheap Cabs on Friday afternoon for 2 maxi vans for Saturday at 10:15pm. They promised they would not let me down and had a reminder in the system for our booking. Got a text from them on Saturday at 8:21pm CHEAPCABS - WE APOLOGISE AS WE ARE UNABLE TO SEND ANY MAXIVANS AS THEY ARE STILL FULLY BOOKED OUT IN THE WEST AREA. PLEASE TRY SOUTH AUCKLAND TAXIS.
