[Papanui branch] Almost always get orders wrong (this is over a period of 10 years of going there). Once somebody was food poisoned by them, they went in to complain and were laughed at.	Placed: 09/07/2006

Granted when I went to KFC in Invercargill, I got out to the car and found they had forgotten my coleslaw, so when I went in, they were very good about it, no worries, gave me my coleslaw with a little extra. great service.	Placed: 12/08/2006

Took 10 minutes to get the person serving us to understand our order. Do not think they should put non english speaking people behind counters to serve. What a complete and utter fustrating experience it was and the food was disgusting anyway and our order was still mucked up. Don’t like going there anymore.	Placed: 19/08/2006

At first i wasn’t very impressed, we’d brought some chicken and taken it home only to find that it tasted like burnt plastic, i wrote a letter to tell them of this (lived too far out of town to take back) and was sent a voucher in the mail a few days later - very impressed that they took it upon themselves to insure the customer was happy.
