Quite possibly the worst service I have experienced, and on numerous occasions! The staff are unhelpful and agitated if you have a query. They advertise products that they don’t have in stock and make no effort to try and get them for you. If possible avoid! At least they offer cheap prices, otherwise they’d be out of business!! The Plamerston North Warehouse stationary staff were so helpful. I needed to buy a small item and could not locate it on the shelves so asked a passing staff member for help. she was unable to find the item and asked another staff member. Eventually there were four staff members running around trying to help me, even though I said they needn’t worry. They eventually tracked my item down in the warehouse and I took it home with me that day!	Placed: 19/08/2006
