Shocking! They don’t have prices on half of the items, especially the expensive ones, so you have to take it up to the checkout to find out, and then usually end up buying it. Also lots of their products are extremely bad quality. I recently purchased a cutlery set, grater, and potato peeler from the warehouse, and less than 1 month later everything started to rust! As if that wasn’t bad enough also the spoons bend like crazy, and are useless.	Placed: 18/05/2006

The only trouble I find with the warehouse, is if you have to ring in to make an enquiry, someone will put you through to the dept you need, then you left hanging, Ive waited half an hour before hanging up. No one will answer the phones, frustrating.	Placed: 12/08/2006

Went to ask for help to look for a particuler product and couldnt find anyone, and when I finally did locate someone they had no intrest in helping me and just said Im sorry I cant help You its not my area I replyd with Can you tell me who can They had no idea.	Placed: 14/08/2006
