Emailed a query to them via ther website link (on a saturday) and got a response that day!! Made a further query to than the next day (sunday) and received another very prompt response. Within 2 days I had sorted my query and finalised product sprecifications. Didn’t actually get another quote because service was that good from Karsten than they deserved my business.
