I was pleasently suprised the other day when I went looking for a thing to upgrade my RAM in my laptop. Not only did the man at the store know what I was talking about, he also knew what he was talking about, was very helpful, and got me the thing that I needed nice and fast. Now that I think back I have had good service at this particular store ( Albany ) quite a few times in the past, and found the staff to always be helpful and friendly. You don’t have to spend ages trying to get a staff member to see you, they actually come up to you and ask you if you need any help. Great stuff :)	Placed: 12/08/2006
