Proposal given to install ducted Air Conditioning and Heating as part of a renovation. We accepted proposal which clearly stated the system would provide air conditioning and heating to the whole house. Installation was completed. System never worked as it should portions of the house are over cooled in summer and other are not, in winter portions are over heated and other have little heating. Company tried to fix issue and then the owner became rude and refused any and all work on the system. System was checked by the manufacturer and while the equipment was working correctly the system had not been designed or installed correctly. ARR then told the manufacturer that the system was not designed for the complete house. This was news to us!! As the plans given to AAR and proposal covered the complete home with ducting to all levels. All communication/requests made to the company have been ignored. Legal action would not be viable given costs. AAR states a 5 year warranty our experience has not been the case. The experience and verbal abuse delivered by the owner is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!	Placed: 17/05/2006
