unfriendly, pretty much useless. chouldnt help me wiht a problem i had and then it toke them 10 to 14 days to send someone out to fix the problem then didnt fix it still had the same problem ring back and there still didnt no what was wroug so there send someone out again 5 -8 days later it got fixed nice one telecom	Placed: 24/08/2006
