Went into the powerhouse having been told it was a great place to look for laptops, went in with the one i wanted in mind. Asked a sales assistant if they had any in stock, and was told no.. and well that was that, he didnt offer to show me any other brands or ask if i’d like to get one ordered in. I was quite shocked as i had the money to pay for it then and there and well i can only asume they didnt want my business. I ended up going to a much smaller store were i was treated a lot better. As soon as you enter into this shop...you feel great, because you are treated so well...with a great customer service unlike other stores. I think working here and being a customer of this retail shop is just an unique experience.	Placed: 25/04/2009
