Question: Why do you no longer need to place posts to be able to view other peoples'?

Response: Thanks to everyone who placed posts under our old system - and please accept our apologies if you're concerned by this change to the site. The change was made because we were concerned that this requirement was limiting the site's growth in membership.

Question: How long's this website been going?

Response: It's been going since March this year, with the first major advertising happening from 1 May.

Question: Where abouts are you based?

Response: We're based in Kelburn, Wellington.

Question: What's to stop someone placing a great service report about their own business, when their service is actually not very good?

Response: Members can place posts about their own businesses as long as they identify themselves as the owner when doing so, allowing other users to be aware that the report is not independent. Also, although the focus of this site is on great service, as you may have seen, posts can also be made about poor service. As a result, anyone who places false posts about their own business may well receive further, less-than-happy, posts from other members who have used their service in the past. The more members there are, the better this system is likely to work, so if you've got a couple of minutes, it would be great if you could help this along by making use of our Tell A Friend page.

Question: What's the reason for the restrictions on the categories of posts that can be placed (for example no posts about medical treatments or child care)?

Response: We've decided not to include these sensitive areas at the present time.
